We are conducting a research study of puppy-raising foster programs for working dogs. This study is designed to characterize the features of the puppy-raising programs that are used for all types of working/service dogs. Our goal is to publish this information so that organizations developing or refining their programs, including the Penn Vet Working Dog Center, can benefit from the vast experience in this area.
If your organization uses a puppy-raising foster program, we would greatly appreciate it if you would take 10-15 minutes to complete this on-line survey. Participation is voluntary and individual programs will remain anonymous.

If you have questions about the research, are interested in the results of this survey or would be willing to provide additional information on your puppy-raising program, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (707-701-3390).
In addition, please feel free to share this survey with other organizations that have puppy-raising foster programs. Your input will be invaluable in our success and we hope that our studies will in turn benefit all programs that raise working dogs.
